Information Collection and Use

User Privacy Rights

At Surili Heals, we respect the privacy and value the trust of our online users, clients, and their families.  We do not collect any kind of personal information unless voluntarily provided by the users. We do not share or sell the information provided by our users. We strongly believe that security and protection of information is essential on the web. We encourage our users to read our privacy policy so that they clearly understand our commitment and our method of collecting and using information. A link to our privacy policy can be found at the bottom of each page of our Web site.

Who we are?

Our website address is: https://www.suriliheals.com

What personal data we collect and why we collect it?

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Web log file data

We collect some basic Web log file data about site visitors. This information includes domain names, Web site traffic patterns, and server usage statistics. This information is used for site management and administration and to improve the content and overall performance of our site.

Data security

Surili Heals makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all of the interactions that occur on our Web site are secure. All off-line information is securely stored and is accessible only by our authorized staff.

Third-Party Service Providers

Surili Heals may engage reputable third-party vendors to help us manage our Web sites and allow us to better service our patients and visitors. We never share with third parties any personally identifiable information you provide when requesting information except as required by law.

Links to other sites

This site has links to other sites we think may be of interest to our visitors. Their purpose is to provide visitors with convenient access to other sites that might interest them. A link to another site does not imply an endorsement of the site’s content or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites not owned by Surili Heals. We encourage you to be aware of that when you leave our site, and to also read privacy statements at any sites that collect personally identifiable data.

E-mail and Phone communication

Surili Heals does not collect your e-mail address or phone number unless you voluntarily submit it to us, or choose to communicate with us via e-mail or phone. We do not sell or rent any e-mail addresses or phone numbers.

How we use the information

Surili Heals uses the information you provide to fulfill your online request, facilitate customer service, and inform you of our programs and events. We do not rent, sell or otherwise provide visitors’ personal information to third parties, such as marketers.

It is possible that we could be forced to disclose personally identifiable user information in response to a search warrant, subpoena, or court order; that can happen to any organization keeping records. Disclosures may also be appropriate to protect our legal rights and the security or integrity of our Web site, or to avoid liability. Those kinds of disclosures are highly unlikely, but possible.

Policy changes

We will promptly post any changes to our privacy policy on our website. Please visit this page to know our latest privacy Policy.

Deletion and removal of information

Non-identifiable information in our aggregate database will not be deleted. Like all responsible Web site publishers, Surili Heals maintains backup files as a protection against natural disasters, equipment failures, or other disruptions. Backup files protect you and us because they lower the risk of losing valuable data. Removing a record from our main files does not remove that record from any backup systems. It may take up to six months before all the information in a backup record is completely erased through the normal recycling of backup files. In the meantime, as long as backup records exist, they receive the same privacy and security protections as our other records.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices.

How long we retain your data?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. If you leave a review with a photo this will be displayed on the website. If you decided for the comments, reviews or photo to be removed then you can contact us at [email protected] .

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data?

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
